What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute strategic plans in partnership with the Board
- Oversee all operations, compliance, and program outcomes
- Manage budgeting, financial oversight, and fundraising strategies
- Build stakeholder relationships with funders, partners, and agencies
- Provide executive-level HR leadership and staff development
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Have experience with nonprofit funding models and CARF accreditation
- Be well-versed in financial oversight and compliance
- Bring deep knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Be comfortable representing the organization at public and government levels
