What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee financial reporting, general ledger integrity, and month-end processes
  • Manage project accounting and cost tracking across multiple infrastructure developments
  • Monitor contractor billings, change orders, holdbacks, and lender draw requests
  • Prepare budgets, capital forecasts, and project cash flow projections
  • Support reporting requirements for lenders, investors, and project stakeholders
  • Strengthen financial controls, procurement oversight, and project governance


About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Actively pursuing a CPA designation
  • Experience with project-based accounting in development, construction, or infrastructure environments
  • Strong capability in advanced Excel and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with accounting/project systems such as Xero, Procore, or similar tools
