Senior Estimator - Infrastructure Development / Construction Cost Estimator

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for complex infrastructure and data center construction projects
  • Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D models to determine project costs
  • Develop cost models supporting procurement planning, bid strategy, and budgeting
  • Review subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates
  • Support value engineering, scope reviews, and cost optimization strategies
  • Maintain structured estimating records and cost intelligence databases


About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Strong experience estimating mechanical and electrical construction scopes
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D modelling files
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Revit, DWG, and digital estimating software
  • Strong Excel-based cost modeling and analytical workflow
