This role offers you the opportunity to play a critical part in ensuring seamless payroll processing and financial compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail to minimize errors in financial records.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborating within a fast-paced team environment to achieve shared goals.
- Utilizing Sage 50/300 or equivalent software for financial tasks.
- Preparing T4s and Records of Employment (ROEs).
- Handling benefit and source tax reconciliation.
- Mentoring junior finance staff at other locations.
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Strong knowledge of BC Employment Standards as they relate to payroll.
- Experience with Union & Non-Union payroll and benefits.
- Proven ability to use Sage 50/300 or equivalent accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
