Excel Personnel Inc. is recruiting a Full Cycle Bookkeeper for our client in Kamloops, BC. Our Client is a prominent Commercial, Residential and Strata Property Management firm and has been managing properties for over 25 years in the Kamloops Region meeting the needs of each owner.
Working within a small business with 6 other accounting staff working with full cycle bookkeeping, daily duties of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, receiver general, GST, WCB remittances, EHT, T-4's, Strata Month ends, year end prep for Accountants, file retention, emails, using Word, Excel and Outlook and the Yardi system.
Responsibilities:
- You will not be a stranger with working with a team in an Accounting Department and should have a minimum of 3-5 years direct experience in Sage, QuickBooks etc. to enable you the understanding of picking up the Yardi system quickly
- You will be working on all facets of full cycle bookkeeping, and on monthly reports to Management on Receivables, up to producing materials for the company year ends to the accountant. Bank Deposits and reconciliations, completing both weekly and monthly to management.
- Payroll runs are bi-weekly and automatically deposited in to staff bank accounts.
