Meet Cyrena Robinson: Leadership in Recruitment and Operations
Cyrena Robinson, CPC, Executive Director, Talent & Operations, plays a key role in guiding Excel Personnel’s recruitment strategies, business operations, marketing, and team development.
Since joining Excel Personnel in September 2023, Cyrena has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities, helping strengthen the company’s recruitment processes, expand its reach, and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
As a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Cyrena brings industry knowledge, professional standards, and a people-focused approach to her work.
In 2025, her contributions to the staffing industry earned national recognition when she received the ACSESS Genesis Award, which recognizes emerging leaders in Canada’s staffing and recruitment industry.
From helping employers find the right talent to supporting job seekers through important career decisions, Cyrena is passionate about creating positive recruitment experiences and finding opportunities to help Excel Personnel grow.

Meet Ashley Seitz: Keeping Our Recruitment Team Connected
Ashley Seitz, Team Administrator, joined Excel Personnel in September 2023, bringing more than six years of administrative experience and a strong customer service background.
Ashley plays an essential role in keeping our Kamloops office organized and our recruitment processes running smoothly.
From coordinating administrative tasks and supporting recruitment activities to assisting candidates, clients, and team members, Ashley helps ensure that the details are taken care of and communication stays on track.
Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to help make her an important part of our day-to-day operations.
For many candidates and clients, Ashley is one of the first points of contact with Excel Personnel. Her friendly, professional approach helps create a welcoming experience and reflects the level of service we strive to provide.
